Filed a complaint against brentwood hospital and still haven't heard back Simone left a voice mail and the call back number is invalid
I have had to make numerous calls on behalf of a family member with a Medicaid application pending. The support staff on the line, including Ms. Foster and Ms. Stewart, have been outstanding. They are knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. The rules are very intricate and they've helped me on this path.
You'd think I'd be used to the sheer incompetency of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals by now...but then they just surprise me by becoming even more incompetent. After spending almost 700$ for annual licensing for a business in JANUARY, I finally received our licenses...in September. There's no seal or anything to indicate it's actually an official document.
