This was a FIRST TIME visit. Your OFFICE STAFF, the individuals that work in the front are HIGHLY unprofessional. For one I had an appt at 11am and didn’t get seen until nearly 11:45, which I initially didn’t mind. During that timeframe I sat in the front i saw your staff whispering about people, having personal conversations, huddled up, etc but I personally ignored it because I can’t control what other adults do and I understand as a business OWNER having down time between patients. I always have a good experience at LA Dental Center which is saying a lot since I have always hated going to the dentist. They make it a breeze from the front desk to the back. The only complaint I have is I wish I had a blanket as im always cold.
Once again, my Hygienist was very thorough in handling my teeth. Also, the lady that did my xrays and the dentist examining my teeth helped to make my appointment move swiftly, because they were aware that I had another appointment scheduled across town immediately after. I do appreciate all of their help and assistance they did to get me on my way without taking any short cuts toward my treatment. Thanks so much, excellent job. 👍🏿✔️👏🏿
