I would like to thank Ms. Val, over the phone today she was very helpful on the first call, but even more helpful when she followed up with more information. The dentist office sometimes can be scary, so it is always helpful to have someone like Ms.Val welcome you. She made me feel much better about my sitation and it has been so rough ! S/o Ms. Val!
Never refused to pay bills in general. I was so up front about bills and that I was very willing to pay whatever I need to. Never avoided any contact from here. But I was contacted by Louisiana Debt Collection agent for a remaining payment after insurance. Prior to that, not a single paper, email, or phone call about remaining balance. Also do not get cavity filling here. My nerve was destroyed, and I had to get a root canal from a different dentist.
