Totally dissatisfied with Louisiana dental. Caution they will do things on the shady side to make a repeat consumer out of you…… Just saying.
Got dentures a few months ago and Dr.Kristen is great, she listens and answers questions and has even offered to make me a new top plate just because this one doesn't quite fill my top lip out, I don't think anywhere else would offer to do that so with that said if you want a clean and friendly dentist louisiana dental center is the place to go
Worst experience of my life. Took over a year of going back and forth to get permanent teeth put in for my implants. They don’t have a clue what’s going on and just string you along without telling you what’s going on with anything. I’ll never go back to this place once I finally do get my permanent teeth put in which I’m still waiting for them to do and don’t see any end to this mess in the near future
Slightly annoyed at the fact that my son's dentist asked him if he was going to "dine and dash". Are you kidding me?! He has dental insurance and I pay the remaining balance. How dare she speak in a condescending tone to him. It was for one cavity to be filled. That isn't very expensive with insurance. She asked as if he was getting a mouth full of crowns or something. Y'all need to speak to your dentists and tell them not to worry about the finances. Focus on the work. THAT is their job!
