Absolutely horrible experience this place is a full on scam going on they are paying the repair shops before any work has been done paid the wrong repair shop to do the work is refusing to have the actual work done at the dealership all of this is breaching the contract that I signed with them some one that is above this Bobby Young needs to call me immediately. WARNING: YOU WILL PAY- Horrible company for gap insurance- they will use every loophole in their contract to ensure you are not fully covered in a total loss. They send the check before receiving the total pay off amount from the finance company- and it’s a smaller amount than what is owed.
I have LDS extended warranty, I brought my truck to the dealership I was experiencing transmission problems ( transmission shudder) the dealership called LDS and they agree to pay over 500.00 dollars to perform the service the dealership recommended when they didn't have to because my vin wasn't a TSB hands down a stand up company thanks LDS
