At 55,000 miles on my GMC the steering gear failed - LDS paid all the repair bill minus the $100 deductible
Purchased a 17 Chrysler Pacifica and went with a LDS warranty. I had a bad experience with a Mopar warranty on my 2014 1500 bighorn. But I figured I needed a warranty on the Pacifica because it has all the bells and whistles. I’ve had to use it 3 times and haven’t had any issues. Fixed the dvd system and both sliding doors.
This company hate paying your claim! Please make sure when sending all documents keep a copy of everything. This company will do everything in their power not to pay claim. To where they said they never received no papers work from you or insurance company. Took them 8 months to paid a claim then they submitted only 750.00 and left 4, 0459.00. No way ! This company is fraud and hate paying claims !
