Love!! They are professional and personal. They treat you like you are family and tell you the truth about what is going on. They will typically respond to service calls the same day!! Great people!!
Responsiveness and collaborative explanations, in addition to solving the HVAC issues.
I volunteer at our church, usually with HVAC issues. La Controls is always helpful and they do so in a calm fashion and with good knowledge of our control system. I get good explainations of the control system and the resolution of our issue. In addition, many times I have described the non-LA Controls settings over the phone and have been helped on a part of our system service by our HVAC contractor.
