The wait time is awful. You wait in the waiting room and you wait some more in the exam room. Noone checks in and they will leave you waiting for hours. There has been a heavy rotation of NPs since Ms. Barbara left. There is a lack of empathy. Your concerns are overlooked. There are no options. There is more that I could say, but I don’t want to reveal any PHI. 0/10 I would not recommend. These people, Crystal Sanchez specifically, do not believe women about their pain. She shrugged off a 23 year old woman WHO WENT TO THE ER WITH PAIN FROM A BIG OVARIAN CYST. Sanches said things like, "It's not that big." "Cysts don't cause this kind of pain." She also second-guessed the ER physician (an MD vs. her NP). Sent this young lady home with NO PAIN MANAGEMENT AND TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE PRELIMINARY VISIT TO CONSIDER SURGERY.
All my visits no longer that 10-15 wait or less and I always have a great experience @ Dr. Leslie Coffman office and my favorite nurse is Brandy she’s super nice and sweet lady very friendly and they always make me feel comfortable even in the area they take blood at and they are all super nice and friendly 👍🏼❤️🤩
I came for the first time yesterday and the entire visit felt off and unwelcoming. The first receptionist that I spoke with was very kind. However, the nurse was rude in that she consistently badgered me over and over again about which pharmacy I use. For one, I don’t have a pharmacy yet as I do not have any active prescriptions. Second, I just moved to the area and have little to no knowledge of where pharmacies are located.
