I hired them to replace the a/c system on one of my excavators. Met with the mechanic onsite and told him that the compressor had locked up and he told me that it would need a new compressor, dryer, expansion valve and the system flushed out. I told him whatever it needs is fine that I just needed it fixed and I wanted it right. This procedure cost me about $5000 with Cat parts, labor and service call. The most horrible customer service. Was told they didn't have service tech that could do the job or was able to do the job. Then was promised I'd have tech over three day period plus on Saturday. Ended up having to use mustang cat out of lufkin. Which was 3 hours away. But he was only there 35 minutes. Then to top it off decided to call me today to let me know they had a guy available.
Really nice employees !! They need more help though!! But the ones they do have are jam up !!! Great job cat people.
