Everyone was very professional & caring. NP Janis was very knowledgeable and went over my concerns & medicine regimen with me. Great visit

The Coumadin Clinic is unprofessional and uncaring. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, wasn’t seen, and only got a call after I left. They have never called to reschedule me, and I don’t even know where my INR level stands. It seems like they are intentionally not contacting me. This is unacceptable for a clinic that manages critical care like Coumadin monitoring.
