I should put one star for how I was treated recently. I understand that having the system down can be frustrating especially with us having to mail all of our documents. I’m not sure who I spoke to on the phone but she was very rude to me when I ask her BASIC questions about the licensure. Don’t work a job like this if you don’t know how to speak to people properly.
