Horrible! A truly, unimaginably frustrating experience. Miles did not complete the work that was requested and agreed upon. The work that was completed, which should have been reasonably completed in 6-14 days, inexplicably resulted in a six month long nightmare. The work which was actually done had incomprehensibly taken six months to complete: an oil change, coolant change, brake job, and other minor maintenance services.
