We sat there the internet was down and people started leaving a little bit at a time and they weren't accepting no more walk-ins. Finally I just left and went to another place
When you go in they a t like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. Laziest and most rude employees I have ever run across. The last lady to the right of the counter when going in the door is useless and should be terminated. It's very obvious that she doesn't like her job. Unhelpful and doesn't know the law giving out the wrong information. Talked to the Governors Office who put me in touch with the head of the OMV Agency. Went to ABC Title. No issues. Friendly, knowledgeable helpful staff. In and out in 20 minutes.
