Woefully understaffed. Many people left after waiting over an hour. 2 people working with over 50 customers in the lobby
After picking a number, waiting and being called she decided she was soo short staffed to do what I needed done, yet could help everyone else. told me to get on phone and call state dept right there from this office instead of helping me. wow
Mrs Monique was awesome, pain free and very pleasant. What a contrast to the DMV!!!
