I booked an online session with Louise, and it was the easiest booking and session that I’ve ever had. It was simple and I really appreciate that I didn’t have to travel anywhere, and I could be in the comfort of my own home. Highly recommend online sessions if you are in a different area, so you can still get the benefits of hypno therapy.
Louise is absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. The way she works through hypnotherapy to relive stress and anxiety as well working on life trauma is incredible. Being able to feel lighter without having to speak all the words to work through things you have no idea were there. She cares so much and is an incredible human being.
