Dr. Highley is the best GYN doctor I've ever had. I liken her services to one committed to solving the jigsaw puzzle--she will do all she can to put together all puzzle pieces of your problem. She's very positive, highly knowledgeable, highly skilled, and will advocate for you. Her name suits her very well.
I originally found Dr. Highley on Reddit when searching for a physician who may be open to performing an IUD insertion under IV sedation in my area. The Reddit recommender said she was great with actually listening to women and for collaboratively figuring out a strategy for pain control during gyno procedures. I had an awful experience the first time I had a placement (which was not with her) where I had a vasovagal reaction, threw up everywhere, and was in terrible amounts of pain and not able to drive.
