If I could give less stars I would. My family (2 adults 2 children) have been going here for many years. Recently we’ve had nothing but issues. Yesterday my adult child called to ask questions about doing a release form. First off if you switch to a different place they won’t release your info after you’ve signed the papers they take up to 30 days for your doctor to either deny or approve the release. Which sounds absurd to me. Still looking for something that says they can do that and haven’t found it. But she was just outr... read more

I've been a patient of Cranberry Psychological Center for some time. Recently, I was told that my therapist would be leaving the practice. The problem I have is not that my therapist is leaving, my problem is how I was told. I was sent a letter by the office telling me that she was leaving and that they had my psychological well-being in mind.
