I bought my used car from Louisburg Ford in August 2023. I took my car in for routine maintenance at 40,000 miles. Everything was done as needed, including changing my wiper blades as I requested. In the end because of my FordPass points, my price was $0.00!! My car is running beautifully. I'm very impressed with the service shop and their personnel who were all friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything they did.
