The service is excellent! The creams are awesome! The staff patiently and cheerfully spent over an hour packing up ten gift boxes and dozens of other assorted Christmas themed treats for gifting. Everyone who received one LOVED them! A delightful experience all around!

I love the vegan chocolate here! They really expanded their selection in the past year or so...I was very excited! They keep releasing new flavors that keep me coming back again and again for more. 10/10 Keep up the amazing work!

Whatever you do, if you are in the Downers Grove area, you have to stop in Louisa's and Millie's. Its an awesome store, and the ladies may very well rival Wonka in the chocolate department. Stopped in to get a few chocolates, and the Milk and Dark Tirimisu Bites that I just tasted right now were amazing and have to get more of those when I come back.
I ordered custom Hamilton treat bags for my daughter's birthday party and they turned out amazing! Thanks for working with me and creating such a cool treat!!

Louisa's & Millie's chocolates is one of the best chocolate shops in the area. They have a wide variety of delicious sweets which assures the fact that everyone who walks through their doors will be satisfied! On top of that the staff is helpful and friendly! For sure my go to shop!
