I Came in last week & someone was at the front desk, was very kind, helpful. Would recommend to ask for them. The facility looked clean & organized.
We have had our belongings there for probably 18 months. Half of the boxes have been untaped and stuff taken. Only one Hutch was still in bubble wrap from the movers who took it there everything else bubblewrap gone and glass stolen out of one of the cabinets. Not sure what all is missing. No one on-site and having trouble reaching anyone on phone can't leave voice messages
