I cannot speak more highly of Mona at Louisa Carter Health. I was seeing Mona for remedial massage as I was preparing for a half marathon and nursing some injuries. Mona's magic hands were an incredible support throughout this time, as well as her advice on tips to ensure that I kept my body safe whilst training. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
Mona is so fantastic. She made such a huge difference to my hips and back from years of endometriosis pain. Also such a calm relaxing space. Highly recommend seeing Mona!
I love love love Louisa's Massages however I tried Lali a new massuese..........the only way I can describe this, was I was in a trance, it was magical. I can't recommend her enough.
I had the most blissful massage with Lali, who really took note of the areas that needed more work and delivered both a therapeatic and deeply relaxing massage. I felt incredibly nurtured and floated out of the space afterwards.
Lali thank you so much, one of the best massages I have ever had - the pressure was perfect , the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend Lali , she has best energy and that adds to the whole experience. Believe me you will come out floating. 🙏🙏🙏
