Louisa is always attentive and kind and I feel listened to when expressing my concerns. It’s really nice to have a practitioner who I can trust.
I have been a patient of Louisa Capicio’s for 3+ years. I have only known her to be kind, considerate, sympathetic (funny) and caring about her patients . She takes her time with each patient to understand and to get to the root of the problem and what’ would work best for you. Louisa has helped me manage my pain for almost two years. I was referred to Pain Specialists of America by my rheumatologist two years ago and Louisa listened to all of my concerns and went over treatment plans in detail. She answered all of my questions and concerns at every visit. Plus the office staff is amazing and the phone staff relay info directly to my doctors. Disgusting and racist excuse for a healthcare professional. I shouldn’t have to say this but, no one should ever get into the medical field when they lack the basic human trait of empathy, especially when dealing with patients who are experiencing chronic pain.
