Helped us out at initial consultation, then ignored all phone calls and text when we tried to retain. Very unprofessional. Not sure why we were ignored, but now I'm in the process of finding another attorney for my custody hearing next week.
We had our original consultation for custody for my step daughter. He was great and stated that we wanted to hire him for the case. Gave us great ideas and told us what to do in the mean time. Gave us his personnel cell and his pricing was based off our income. After that, we tried calling and texting for a week with no response. Not even a call back. So now we're in the process of looking for another attorney with the court date less than a month away. Not happy.
We retained Lou a few weeks ago after just a brief meeting. We knew he was the right attorney to handle this high conflict case. Everytime we have left his office, I felt like he was going to reall fight for my stepdaughter to keep her safe. My husband and I were extremely impressed by him.
