He seems like someone who wants to help but part of being professional is keeping your word. He says he will call back, but never does. I got so tired of calling, I decided to try to find his office on a 30 minute lunch break just to see if I can get assistance. Guess what, the office isn't easy to find. I wasted time driving for no other reason other than he is so busy to answer a phone or return a call. That shouldn't even be the case in 2025. Louis is great at dealing with immigration matters. He helped with my citizenship application and helped me file my daughter's applications as well. He's knowledgeable and gave me more confidence with the process to ensure things were done properly.
