Terrible experience, bad communication, very unethical practices. Booked our car for a service, after we picked it up the car wouldn't start up after a day, we had to get it towed back for repairs. They told us they'll fix it within 2 days and that they'll call us, left our number, never called. We had to call them and ask what they were fixing and approximate time for pickup, gave ambiguous answers such as "we need to wait for a part" or "water under the engine" and only specified that it was the starter motor when we asked... read more
