A local favorite of mine I've always enjoyed shopping at Louis Shanks. We own many pieces from their outstanding showroom. The quality of the furniture is in line with the prices. They are definitely pieces I can hand down... My sales person and the business office person were both very nice and helpful. I recommend Louis Shanks to my friends and family.
The worst service ever! The Store manager is the rudest person I have encountered in this business!! We furnished a couple of rooms in our house with firniture from Louis Shanks. I protected my new table with glass and within few weeks of buying our VERY expensive table we noticed that the wood had warped and swollen. When we spoke with the Store Manager, he was sssssooooooo RUDE!!
