He was not able to get a good colonoscopy due to him changing the prep used and told me I need to schedule another one. I tried to schedule 4 times and was then told I needed to come in and pay for another office visit first. I was not able to get the appointment scheduled. Asked to have him call me and of course he never did. After 15 years w his practice I’m switching GI docs.
I have been going to Dr. Rosainz for quite some time. I called early this morning. Could not get a person to make an appointment. I had to leave a message. It is now the end of the day. No one has called me back! Very annoying and frustrating.
From Dr. Rosainz, PA Madai, & the whole staff is a great, caring group of excellent professionals.
His treatment changed the quality of my life. I have only positive things to say about my experience with him.
Does Dr. Rosainz do Hernia Surgery ??? Very difficult to get through to the office...All the reviews say the same thing...get better at this...still trying to make an appointment...
Dr Rosainz staff and answering service are a joke. I had an emergency and the answering service ignored me and put me on hold for 12 minutes. Then when they finally transfer me to the office staff and I told them the nature of my emergency, they tranferred me to the doctor assistant who did not answer the call and I went to voice mail. I left an urgent message, but no one called me back for 2 days!! If a Doctor cannot even hire competent staff what does that say about him. Rude front desk. Despite procedure being covered by insurance, they demand you give them a credit card (which they will charge fees with or without your consent) or give them a $300 cash deposit. This office has nine one-star reviews for a reason.
I have called for five days to get feedback on a scan. Still not a call back. I was assured a call back today when I actually went into the office to take a copy of the scan . I would not recommend this office to anyone !
Excellent bedside manner, friendly, patient and takes the time to explain in detail and in non-medical terms.
