The receptionist was the worst I’ve ever experienced in any office. The physician was one of the best I’ve ever experienced.
Appointments are easy to schedule. Office staff are helpful and friendly. All doctors are courtesy and concern of their patients.
Dr. Rosainz is an exceptional gastroenterologist—highly intelligent, remarkably competent, and genuinely caring. He has a fabulous staff of professionals, and we have seen Kelly, who is a certified RPA in the practice, as well. My family and I have had nothing but positive experiences with every single appointment, and our health issues are not minor. Dr. Rosainz is the best there is. He helped my brother in an emergency situation, and we are so glad he was on call! Now my brother can eat and digest food normally. One of his PA’s is Kelly Perez, and I wish she could be my PCP! She is very knowledgeable and because of my family’s history, goes above and beyond to make sure I get definitive tests. She runs everything by Dr. Rosainz, even though I feel confident in all her decisions. Now my husband will be switching from another gastroenterology practice to join this one.
