Nurse Nazarene, who performed the urodynamics procedure, was exceptional. Her compassion and professionalism put us at ease from the start. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, detailing the purpose of each instrument and what to expect during and after the procedure. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kavoussi a few months ago when I got diagnosed with a rare tumor. I immediately felt at peace when meeting him becuase he came across as warm, compassionate and funny. He was very informative and patient when telling me about my condition and answered all my questions, I felt like I was speaking to someone whom I've known for a long time.
