I first me Mr. Lou Bertrand in 1979. I was a juror. He was representing the defendant. Lou convinced us and we found the defendant not guilty. Fast forward about 45 years. My wife and I had a civil matter but no other attorneys would take it. I remembered the case in 1979 and decided to reach out, not sure if he was still actively practicing law. Jaw droppingly unethical. Lou Bertrand is the Mayor of Hiram Village which is experiencing financial and other crises.
