They were charged up front for pool repairs months ago, and since then it has been nothing but broken promises. The job was never completed, and Robert (owner) has repeatedly come back without actually fixing the problem — now he’s completely avoiding their calls and acting like a ghost. Worse service he never finished the job that I paid for in full
There are no 0 stars. So I have to go with one. Nothing went as expected. Overcharged without notice. Changed design of tile based on the decision of the company. Pressure to installed the tiles picked by them based on that decision. Pool bulbs that were supposed to be changed to some awesome new color bulbs not done. Late in delivering.
