Had a small leak under the sink. Since he had so many recommendations on the Nextdoor app I decided to call. I explained my problem and asked for a price. He advised he could not quote a price without seeing the job and there was no cost to come out. He was prompt and professional. He handled my issue and then gave me advice and a quote on another plumbing job. He was honest and fair. I highly recommend him and will certainly call him back for the other job when it's time.
Called up, asked for a service, offered to send pictures. Sent pictures - no answer whatsoever. Great service, keep it up!
Called Lou Saturday morning and he was here shortly after and charged a fair price. Thank you Lou.
Very responsive, arrived within 20 minutes of my call and returned the next morning to do the repairs. Highly recommend him.
When I called him he scheduled me almost 1 week out. The day before he was supposed to come, he called me to cancel. I had already called out from work for him to come. I would stay away from him.
