They were amazing when they were Holzapple, but no they are Petro, so I can say anymore. They installed my oil burner in 2008 and it is still going strong. The people in the office and the yard were extremely nice. They also sold propane. I miss them
Overpriced. Woukd quote me a price on the phone. Charged 275 . The old holtzapple would of charged me 120. Stay away
Just called to ask for a service call. They asked me where am I calling from and I said Florida- They rudely said no that they are based out of Long Island. I let them know I have a customer in their area that needs help and the lady again said no and hung up. UNBELIEVEABLE
