Louis was straightforward and no-nonsense. He laid out the pros and cons and led us through our bankruptcy so there were no problems or delays. I hope to never NEED his services again in the future. If you are looking for a probate attorney in the Pahrump or Las Vegas area, I highly recommend Louis Minicozzi. He is very straightforward. He takes the time to explain things to you. You can get ahold of him easily. He is well versed and has a lot of experience in this field. He was able to find a way to get our probate case dropped to a set aside, which significantly decreased the amount of time necessary for most probate cases, which was very helpful. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I am so grateful for Lou's expertise in handling my husband's and my trusts as they were somewhat complicated by blended families and a business we own. And then when my husband passed away, he was so compassionate in the way he advised me about amending my trust. His staff is also to be thanked for their gracious sympathy and helpfulness. Lou made a very traumatic situation for me much less painful.
