I cannot give enough stars for the incredible service we have had with Louis Ditta setting up our special needs trust, getting us through the guardianship process, keeping us up to date with the reporting requirements annually, and just caring for our family. When most people look and stare because our son is different, Louis Ditta, included him in the discussions as he could understand, giving him respect...man-to-man, so rare in our experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Louis Ditta represented abusive guardian Ginger Lott abusing Willie Jo Mills and stalled court hearings, ran up attorney fees that Willie Jo was forced to pay by Judge Christine Butts until she was forced to die by the hands of Ginger Lott and Dr Joseph Guerrini in Harris County Texas (Houston). There are gangs of probate thug attorneys that sham families in guardianships. If you don't want your family and love ones to be a victim stay away from guardianships and probate attorneys..
