My family member is leaving practice and I’m reporting him to Medicare!! He is arrogant, inept and shouldn’t be practicing. He looks at chart and that’s it. Doesn’t even look in ears, throat, nose to determine diagnosis.
Doctor was arrogant, cut me off mid sentence multiple times, didn't properly answer multiple questions, and would not let my patient advocate come into the room "due to covid" although none of the staff was masked or practicing social distancing and the doctor shook my hand during the visit. I felt railroaded and unable to completely explain my issue, and therefore got subpar care. Stay far away.
Rude. Officer staff was inept. Don't waste your time or money.
