I had an appointment with Dr. Dalessandro for chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. The appt lasted possibly 10 minutes. I had taken a cd of MRI pictures of my neck and back that he didn't even view, nor did he any time of physical exam. He saw that I had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and wrote me a Rx for Lyrica. And charged well over $200.00 for the visit!
