Dr. Le is patient and thoughtful. He took the time to really listen to our concerns and did not rush through appointments. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, no matter how complex the topic. You can tell that Dr. Le genuinely cares about their patients and wants them to feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.
I would give zero stars. The appointment was a total waste of time and we did NOT like the surgeon. He didn't even read up on her case until today when we came in. We have almost 4 months of tests, scans and bloodwork that he skimmed through in less than 15 minutes or so to make his decision. His bedside manner was some of the worst I have ever encountered.
