Dr Chang is really great. He is both a highly skillful surgeon and a warm-hearted person. My mother has been suffering from lower back pain due to herniated disc for years. Given she is 78 years ago, most other doctors only suggest conservative treatment which didn't help. Doctor Chang suggested minimal invasive surgery in which he is highly experienced and self-confident. He explained the procedure in details and the potential risk. Had MIS surgery on my back due to extreme pain down both my legs. Immediately after the surgery my pain was gone. Dr Chang was professional and soft spoken. I highly recommend him.
The office is disorganized. They cancel my appointment, scheduled another one for me , but did not let me know about it until the night before the new appointment , which was earlier. The phone line is set the way that there is no way to get through if you choose the option to change or cancel the existing appointment. Spent a lot of my time just to cancel the appointment I never made.
Dr. Chang has changed my life for the positive. For the last 5 years it became increasingly difficult for me to walk, to exercise and sleep soundly. In 5 years, I went from walking 6 to 8 miles a day to a quarter of a mile a day. Every week when I tried to play golf I was in lots of pain.
