I just came from using their drive through brush wash. The spray (on the right hand side) as you go through the entrance did not work. I phoned them when in car wash to report this. They thanked me for letting them know. I just had a bird poop on my windshield (above the windshield wiper) 20 mins before entering car wash. The brushes did not even touch it.
