I took my son to this office for a new ENT appointment, and we left within the first ten minutes without ever seeing the doctor. The issue was not the provider, because we never made it that far. The issue was the way I was spoken to at the front desk. The interaction was condescending, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. My husband was actually the patient. We were very pleased. Waiting room time was less than five minutes. The staff was excellent and Dr Hebert was very thorough. He explained everything and answered any questions we had.
