Carmelo el mejor en atención y color Lamentablemente no pudieron secarme el cabello en una temperatura baja y la tipa decidió someterme a la máquina que no es de mi agrado mientras ella revisaba su cell. Ahí me dejó y ella en lo suyo Soy muy considerada con las propinas. Creo que merecía un mejor trato

Terrible service the owner and her workers are very disrespectful they talk about the customers in Spanish and they are rude. That's why this place is always empty. So sad that Louis and all the fabulous ladies left years ago. This place will never be the same. Disgusting

DO NOT COME HERE!! The owner Karmen does not know how to color hair!!! She doesnt listen to the clients and she just imposes what she wants onto the clients!! She ruined my mother's natural black hair!! Multiple clients have also complained that she burned their hair and charged them extra $$$$ just because KARMEN decided to use extra bleach.
