Been going here for the years. Excellent dentist very patient and caring. The new hygienist is also excellent. Pain free cleaning and very thorough. When we checked out the woman , Kay at the desk was so mean and rude when she informed me I had a past due bill. I gave her $100.00 toward it. She grabbed it out of my hand and with a very mean voice said until the bill is paid no more appts, I understand that I owe the money which I didn't realize but her manner was so rude.
The office and staff make you feel like you’re another member of their loving family….and in the MOST genuine way. There’s nooo rushing, no feeling of being in a ‘factory’ of patients and their wallets, and no shame - ever…..only the best, most loving care - ever.
When a problem recently developed, Dr. Sach’s office was able to quickly fit me into his schedule. The Doc then did a very thorough analysis of my teeth before determining the problem. I feel completely comfortable and confident in Dr. Sach’s hands.
I highly recommend this dental office! All the staff is polite, professional and beyond attentive. I came to this office with a long list of issues and Dr.Sachs has made a custom treatment plan that best works for me! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They make you feel more than just a patient, they truly do care! Run, don’t walk and come see them for yourself! Best practice around!! Their new hygienist is wonderful!!!
I’m a new patient and had my initial visit yesterday. I was extremely impressed with everyone. Jasmine at the front desk made me feel comfortable right away. There was an older lady ahead of me and Jasmine was very sweet, patient, and understanding with her. Rochelle, the dental tech, was amazing.
