Went to my first court date today, seen I was assigned to Mr Byrd who presented me in the past 11 yrs ago when I last got in trouble in which he got me the lowest plee possible, I felt very confident when I seen him, he was already on top of things. Not even 30 minutes after court his assistant contacted me for travel modifications to be enhanced in which a game plan was already set so I can travel to see my son. Horrible person, so unprofessional.
Does not best represent his client. When fired for not working for the best interest of his client, his last statement to the court was incriminating towards to the client. I do not recommend this attorney
