Until today, every time I visit a salon, I still think back to my experience at Louis & Annie Salon a few years ago. I chose this place because they seemed very knowledgeable about hair. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, but Annie, who was supposed to cut my hair, kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes while she sat in a chair scrolling on her phone.
