Fantastic workout, with disco lighting and loud music suited to the rpm.
A great independent spin studio run by a friendly , knowledgeable and organised lady. Bookings on line are easy and venue is a Gem!!! More personnel than a gym, nice welcoming members
I've be spinning at Louie's Spin on Things for nearly a year now and I cannot recommend it enough! The studio is amazing and so are the people! Such a nice community feel about it. If you are looking for a fun, friendly fitness class this is the place!
I can’t believe im saying this but… I love spin & of course all of the team! Joining a class later on in the year I thought was very daunting, however, I’m so glad I stepped into that session! 7 months down and 1 pregnancy test later, Lou reassured and gave me confidence that I could carry on spinning whilst being pregnant, and provides the support if I need it! If you are worried about being a newbie and joining for the first time. Don't be!!
Hard work but great fun! The fastest way to tone up and get fit without costing a fortune! A friendly, supportive community - thanks Lou.
