Had to go back, and now they're out of business
I had this experience years ago (Louie was still alive and was present when all of this happened) and the experience was so bad that I am here yearsssssss later leaving this review. I came in to get my brakes done, left and next thing you know my car started making a squeaking noise when breaking. I also told them to not use cheap brakes and they still did (black dust was all over my tires). I took it back in and they said they "fixed it." Downhill since Louie passed away. Sad just sad. I always had my car serviced there and referred others too. I will not be back nor will I be sending anyone their way.
