I tried to book a party at the Cos cob location call three times finally got in touch with the person I needed to connect with ( the manager )...Once I made a decision to have my 40 person party there I called back to talk to the manager and he was too busy to talk to me that he would call me back almost 2 weeks later still no phone call… Don’t people want business anymore you’re talking over $2000 for a luncheon !!
