Been going here for a while and great service from these young guys Noah is very respectful everytime I've been there yall are blessed to have him on your team good workers are hard to find these days. The food is great don't sleep on louies bbq can't wait for the brick and mortar coming soon.
Food was great! Brisket was seasoned well and tender. Mac n’ cheese was creamy and flavorful. Food was ready very quickly. Overall experience was above par and happy to find a new barbecue spot near me!
Don’t sleep on this place!! The BBQ is top notch up there with the best. The brisket taco with both cremas On their homemade tortilla is a bite that will stay with me for a long time. Sides are great also and the banana pudding
I just need to shout out Matt and the Louie’s crew. We have had Louie’s cater several events at Persimmon, and they never miss. Matt has fantastic customer service and honestly just takes the guesswork out of catering an event. They have just really gone above and beyond for us, they provide everything, AND drop the food off. Beyond that, they have - in my opinion - possibly the best TX BBQ I’ve had. Also, the sides. THE SIDES. I have dreams about their mac-n-cheese and their potato salad. $80 for a pound of brisket, a few ribs, a sausage, and two small sides, and I ended up throwing it away after a few bites. Legit some of the worst bbq I've ever had.
