I was well taken care of by Bill and crew. Had an issue with my F-150 going into neutral for no apparent reason – I was concerned the transmission was failing. It was diagnosed as an external switch that was replaced for a very reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.
Maintained good communication, fair prices, and was done with the repair when he said he'd be done. What more could you want?

Can't speak highly enough about Rick Louie and his crew. Whereas the local dealers want to charge for a service (cold drop and filter change) AND an in line flush, Louie's charges for one service. It's normally around $120 for my car since it takes around 17L of fluid to properly flush the system. I love my dealer, but $280 for the same service is ridiculous.
