I'm actually surprised Louie's appliance has such terrible reviews. I've had great experiences with them overall. Last year I purchased a used washer and dryer from their phoenix location. It was under warranty for I believe 90 days. I had an issue with the unit, called them, they came and serviced it when they said they would and it's been fine for a year. I cant believe louies appliance is still in business. Everything they have ever told us has been a lie. Don't waste your time with Louies Appliance no matter the Arizona location.
This company does not even deserve 1 star. Run from them as fast as you can. Terrible experience and customer service!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! Do yourself and stay away.
