Well, I've been here twice and have yet to have any work done, so I have no opinion when it comes to mechanics. The job to be performed: WHEEL ALIGNMENT front end steering axel only. The first time was here, I waited there for 3 1/ 2 hours, and after that, I left and was called at the five hour mark saying, "Hey, we're ready for you." This time, I was here near three hours and decided to go inside and ask how much longer, it was going to take, I was told "at least two and a half hours longer" before I would be seen.
